We seek to make only control investments, opting where possible to always purchase more than 80% of a business.

Evergreen Funding

We invest for cash flow which means we do not need to exit investments to generate returns.

Our primary objective is to provide our investors with consistent cash returns over extended periods of time. We do this via a two-fold strategy; firstly our primary focus is always on sustainably growing the revenue base of our anchor investments, secondly we aim to achieve further growth by scanning for viable acquisitions to add to the anchor.
